In these twelve weeks, we gather as women to break the cycle. Together we explore shadow work, sacred rage, intergenerational healing, and the wisdom of the body. We meet the parts of ourselves we were told to hide — and we don’t just talk about them, we move them. We shake, we roar, we hit pads, we sit in ceremony, we drink cacao, we burn letters to the past, we breathe together until something breaks loose — and then we integrate it back into our lives with power and clarity.
This is not a course about “fixing yourself.” This is a circle to unearth what was buried, alchemize it, and stand with other women who are doing the same. You don’t do this alone. You do it in community, where your rage is not too loud, your grief is not too heavy, and your dreams are not too much.

Here, we take the leash off. We stomp, roar, shake, and strike until anger stops being scary and starts being electric. We learn to use rage as fuel, as a boundary, as a prayer. This is the week where you stop apologizing for taking up space.

I created Bloodroot Gatherings because I was tired of watching women silence themselves, shrink to be palatable, and swallow their rage just to survive. My mission is to give women a place to release what has been buried for generations — rage, grief, fire — and turn it into power.
My work lives at the intersection of psychology, embodiment, and feminine liberation. I believe that women’s anger is not something to fear or fix, but a source of wisdom and transformation.

For me, Bloodroot represents the work we do in these gatherings: we go to the roots, to what’s buried, and we draw out the red, the lifeblood, the rage, the grief — everything that has been held too long.
This name is a reminder that women’s anger is not dangerous, it’s medicinal.
It’s the medicine that clears what’s toxic, restores boundaries, and lets something new grow.
