A transformative online gathering for women ready to embrace their shadow aspects, work with rage, and discover the power within their darkness.
The fire they feared is the fire we become.
The world doesn’t need another quiet woman — it needs you unchained.
Rage has never looked this beautiful
Bloodroot Gatherings is a space to dig deep into what has been buried — your voice, your rage, your wildness.
For generations, women have been told to be nice, to stay quiet, to smile through their anger. We inherited silence from grandmothers and mothers who had to survive — but silence is no longer survival, it’s a cage.
In these twelve weeks, we gather as women to break the cycle. Together we explore shadow work, sacred rage, intergenerational healing, and the wisdom of the body. We meet the parts of ourselves we were told to hide — and we don’t just talk about them, we move them. We shake, we roar, we hit pads, we sit in ceremony, we drink cacao, we burn letters to the past, we breathe together until something breaks loose — and then we integrate it back into our lives with power and clarity.
This is not a course about “fixing yourself.” This is a circle to unearth what was buried, alchemize it, and stand with other women who are doing the same. You don’t do this alone. You do it in community, where your rage is not too loud, your grief is not too heavy, and your dreams are not too much.
Because Medusa deserved better — and so did your grandmother.
Rage is holy. Gather to remember.
What to Expect
This is for you if...
- You want ritual, not just talk — movement, breathwork, action.
- You long for a community where women lift each other up.
- You are willing to feel discomfort if it means freedom.
- You are ready to meet the parts of yourself you’ve hidden.
This is not for you if...
- You want quick fixes or “love & light” platitudes without depth.
- You believe women’s anger is dangerous and should be suppressed.
- You’re looking for therapy — this is a circle, not clinical treatment.
- You are not ready to take responsibility for your own process.
What topics are covered in the modules?
The Power of the Collective
We don’t do this alone — and why would we want to?
This is where the circle begins: strong, unshakable, and ready to hold whatever you bring. We build trust, open cacao, and speak out loud what’s been locked in our throats. You get to sit with women who refuse to play small — and you’ll remember you were never meant to either.
- You'll walk away with a felt sense of belonging that makes doing deep work safe and exciting.
Sacred Rage
Anger isn’t the problem. Repressing it is.
Here, we take the leash off. We stomp, roar, shake, and strike until anger stops being scary and starts being electric. We learn to use rage as fuel, as a boundary, as a prayer. This is the week where you stop apologizing for taking up space.
- You'll walk away with a completely different relationship with anger — one that feels clean, empowering, and alive.
Intergenerational Fire
Your grandmother’s ghosts don’t get to run your life.
This is where we face the weight of what was passed down — the silence, the survival strategies, the wounds — and decide what ends with us. We honor what is worth keeping, burn what is not, and rise out of the smoke with clean, bright fire.
- You'll walk away with a renewed fire to live differently, so the women who come after you don’t have to repeat the cycle.
The Body as Portal
Power doesn’t live in your head — it lives in your bones.
This is the part where we bring everything home. Through breath, dance, cacao, and ceremony, we turn what we’ve unleashed into something you can carry in your body every day. This is a rite of passage — you leave this circle unshaken, grounded, and lit up.
- You'll walk away with an unshakable trust in your body and instincts — they become your compass.
By the end of these 12 weeks, you will walk out with:
- Rage that feels clean and clarifying instead of scary or shameful.
- The ability to recognize when ancestral pain is running the show — and stop it.
- A personal ritual you can turn to whenever life gets heavy.
- An understanding of anger as a compass, not a weakness.
- A clear sense of what ends with you — and what you’re building instead.
- A fire that stays lit, so the world feels less like something to survive and more like something to shape.
Hello I Am Laila Regalado
I created Bloodroot Gatherings because I was tired of watching women silence themselves, shrink to be palatable, and swallow their rage just to survive. My mission is to give women a place to release what has been buried for generations — rage, grief, fire — and turn it into power.
My work lives at the intersection of psychology, embodiment, and feminine liberation. I believe that women’s anger is not something to fear or fix, but a source of wisdom and transformation.
Bloodroot Gatherings is not just a program — it’s a rebellion, a reclamation, and a rite of passage. My vision is a world where women stand together, fierce and grounded, unafraid of their own power — and unafraid of each other’s.

Bloodroot Gatherings is a 12-week, live women’s circle designed to explore shadow work, sacred rage, ancestral healing, and embodiment in community.
It’s not just theory — it’s breathwork, ritual, movement, and collective witnessing. This is a space to get raw, release what’s been buried, and leave with practices that keep your fire alive.
Bloodroot is a plant with deep crimson sap that was traditionally used for medicine, protection, and even ritual. It’s beautiful but potent — a reminder that healing isn’t always gentle, and that transformation can be raw.
For me, Bloodroot represents the work we do in these gatherings: we go to the roots, to what’s buried, and we draw out the red, the lifeblood, the rage, the grief — everything that has been held too long.
This name is a reminder that women’s anger is not dangerous, it’s medicinal.
It’s the medicine that clears what’s toxic, restores boundaries, and lets something new grow.
No one is forced to share anything they aren’t ready to.
You’ll always have choice: to speak, to stay quiet, to write privately, to just witness.
This is a circle built on consent and safety — you decide how much to reveal.
You’ll get the most transformation if you’re present for every session — but if you have to miss one, you’ll still receive integration practices and reflections so you can stay on track.
Think of this as a commitment to yourself and your circle — your presence matters.
Bloodroot Gatherings are a space for deep work, but they are not a crisis intervention or a replacement for therapy.
If you are in a period of acute crisis, intense trauma processing, or need immediate psychological support, I encourage you to seek care from a mental health professional first.
This is not to exclude you — it’s to protect you and the group. The work we do together can be intense and emotional, and it’s most effective when you feel grounded and stable enough to participate fully.
You are warmly invited to join us once you have the external support you need and feel ready to engage with the collective in a way that keeps everyone safe and present.
Bloodroot Gatherings is a rite of passage — and not every woman is ready to walk through it.
This space is reserved for those willing to show up fully, take risks, and sit with what is uncomfortable.
You must apply to enter. This isn’t to keep women out — it’s to protect the depth of this work. If your application is accepted, you’ll receive a personal invitation and next steps to join the circle.
