This work should be available
to those who need it most.
Transformational coaching is not a luxury for the few. This page explains how Lifestyle Lines prices its work — and why access is not an afterthought, but a core part of what this practice stands for.
We live in a world where systemic inequality determines who gets
to heal.
My work exists to support women in reclaiming their voice, their body, their boundaries, and their full expression. This work is sacred. It is also deeply personal. And I refuse to build a practice that reproduces the same exclusions I am working to dismantle.
The women who need this work most are not always the women who can most easily afford it. That is not their failure. It is a systemic pattern — and one I do not want to recreate here.
That is why Lifestyle Lines operates on a tiered pricing model grounded in solidarity, trust, and economic justice. Not because it is easy, or because it maximises revenue — but because it is right.
“Healing is political. Access is spiritual. And community care is a radical act of resistance to individualism.”
Three tiers. One standard of care.
Regardless of which tier you choose, the quality of support you receive is identical. The pricing reflects your circumstances — not the depth of the work.
Supported Rate
For women with access to financial abundance who want to invest in themselves and extend that investment to the wider community. When you pay at this rate, you help fund reduced-rate spaces for others. It is generosity that moves through the work — not charity, but solidarity in practice.
This tier is for Women with stable income and financial security who value sustainable, community-rooted exchange.Community Rate
This is the actual cost of the work — reflecting the time, energy, training, and ongoing development that goes into each session and programme. Choose this if you can meet your needs comfortably and want to engage in a reciprocal, sustainable exchange. This is the baseline, not the ceiling.
This tier is for Women who can cover their essential needs without strain and want to pay the true cost of the work.Solidarity Rate
Offered to those facing financial hardship, systemic barriers, or resource limitations of any kind. This is a no-questions-asked offer. You do not need to explain yourself, prove your circumstances, or justify your choice. You are trusted to know what is right for you.
This tier is for Anyone for whom the other tiers are genuinely inaccessible right now. Trust yourself to know if that is you.Who this is for.
Everyone, if needed.
- Single parents and primary caregivers
- Students and recent graduates
- Women affected by intergenerational trauma, discrimination, or displacement
- Those with limited or unstable income due to chronic illness, disability, or systemic barriers
- Women navigating financial hardship due to geographical or circumstantial factors
- Anyone for whom the community rate is genuinely out of reach right now
“You don’t need to prove anything to access this rate. You are trusted to choose what is right for you.”
The solidarity rate is not charity and it is not a lesser form of the work. It is an acknowledgement that we do not all begin from the same place — and that healing should not be reserved for those who do.
When women with more resources choose the supported rate, they make the solidarity rate possible for others. This is not a transaction. It is a model of mutual care — one that asks those who have more to hold a little of the weight for those who have less, without shame on either side.
Solidarity spaces are limited each month to ensure the sustainability of this model. If you reach out and a solidarity space is not currently available, you will be placed on a priority list for the next opening — and you will not be waiting long.
If none of the tiers feel accessible right now, reach out directly. There is almost always a way to find a path in.

- Tiered pricing applies to 1:1 coaching sessions and selected packages. Course and programme pricing is set separately and indicated on each programme page.
- Solidarity spaces are limited to a set number each month to ensure the model remains sustainable for everyone. If spaces are full, you will be contacted about availability.
- All information shared in sessions — including which tier you have chosen — is held in complete confidence and treated with dignity. No records of tier selection are shared or referenced.
- If you are unsure which tier applies to your situation, choose the one that feels honest. You are the only authority on your own circumstances.
- Payment plans are available for longer programmes. Reach out to discuss what works for your situation.
“When those who can pay more do so, it allows others to receive the same depth of care — without shame, without guilt, without fear.”
This is not a different way of doing business. It is a commitment to doing it differently — because the women who need this work most deserve to be here as much as anyone else.
