Three findings from the work — read the way a behaviour is read: as signal, not fault.
"Anger is not a flaw — it is a forensic marker."
Behavioural Signal"Your silence has a structure. So does your yes."
Pattern Recognition"Your body read the room before your mind caught up."
Somatic ResponseThis work is evidence-based — drawn from behavioural science, attachment theory, and pattern recognition. Applied to the behaviour that matters most: yours. If you're ready to stop managing yourself and start understanding yourself, you're in the right place.
Nothing about you needs fixing. It needs decoding — and once you can read the pattern, you can't un-see your own power.
The behavioural patterns, the attachment imprints, the places where staying small once felt like the only safe option — I know them well. I've spent years studying them academically, and even longer living and dismantling them personally.
My work sits at the intersection of forensic and investigative psychology, embodiment coaching, and combat sports. I use behavioural analysis not just to understand criminal behaviour — but to trace the quieter, everyday patterns that keep women disconnected from their own authority. Those patterns are just as learnable. And just as reversible.
I'm not a licensed therapist, and I don't position myself as one. I'm a psychology researcher, a certified coach, and someone who takes this work seriously enough to keep studying it long after the session ends.
Three interconnected approaches — grounded in behavioural science and applied through the body. Not affirmations. Not hustle. A rigorous, evidence-informed process that changes how you read yourself.
Using behavioural analysis and attachment mapping, we identify the specific cycles that keep you in dynamics you're done with. Compliance patterns. Communication signatures. The moments you disappear from yourself without noticing.
Anger, tension, the sudden urge to go silent — your body is producing data. We learn to read those somatic signals accurately, so they stop feeling like problems and start functioning as navigational tools.
Insight without behaviour change is just awareness. We build the exact skills — boundaries, communication, decision-making under pressure — that turn what you now understand into how you consistently move through the world.
When you're ready to stop managing the symptoms and start understanding the pattern — book a session. This is where it begins.

So much of what moves us — who we reach for, who we flee, the anger we rehearse but never speak — was decided long before we had words for it. The Undercurrent is a slow, honest look at how early attachment writes a script the unconscious keeps performing, and how women in particular were taught to swallow the one emotion that was trying to set them free. If you've ever felt steered by something you couldn't name, this is an invitation to make the current visible — and to begin reclaiming your own fire.
